Mr. Harshvardhan Shahajirao Patil President of the National Federation of Cooperative Sugar Factories Limited, New Delhi, and Director of Shahaji Agriculture and Farming Pvt. Ltd. and PCCOE Centre for Innovation Incubation & Linkages Forum, is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He has Graduate (B. Com.), and LL.B., He was one of the few ministers who was presiding as a minister for four consecutive terms (1995-2014) in Government of Maharashtra. He has shouldered responsibilities of Cooperative Ministry and currently Legislative Affairs. He was elected MLA as an independent in 1995, 1999, 2004. He has started Primary and Secondary School, Junior College, Hostels, College at Bhigvan. He has also started Agricultural School, Technical School at Bavada through Shri. Shivaji Education Society and Indapur Taluka Shikshan Mandal. He was the Chairman of Chairman, Nira-Bhima Co-operative Sugar Factory, Indapur, Maharashtra.
